At PURE, we offer different Reformer Pilates classes designed by expert instructors to accommodate various fitness levels and goals, providing a holistic Pilates experience. Conveniently located in prime areas across Singapore, these fitness classes ensure easy access while offering personalised guidance to enhance your wellness journey.

  • • All participants in Reformer Pilates classes are required to wear non-slip grip socks. Please bring your own or purchase at front desk.
  • • To attend our Reformer classes, the following prerequisites apply:
    Reformer Progression: Completion of ten (10) Reformer Foundation or Reformer Sculpt classes.
    Reformer Sculpt: Completion of five (5) Reformer Foundation classes.
    Reformer Jumpboard: Completion of ten (10) Reformer Foundation or Reformer Sculpt classes.
    Reformer Dynamic: Completion of ten (10) Reformer Progression classes.
  • • Our Reformer classes are not suitable for pregnant women.

Reformer Foundation

Welcome to Foundation Pilates, your starting point in your Pilates journey. Learn the fundamentals of Pilates including alignment, breathwork, control, and efficient movement patterns.

With a primary focus on Stability, this class helps you engage the correct muscles and move with precision through clear guidance and supportive pacing. You will also begin to build strength, flexibility, and basic stamina through low-impact movement.

Best for: New members, injury-conscious movers, beginners, or anyone wanting to refine technique and build a strong Pilates foundation.

Reformer Progression

Ready to Progress? Build on your Pilates foundations with more dynamic movement patterns, greater coordination, and increased muscular challenge. Designed for members with prior Pilates experience, this class refines control, balance, and overall body awareness.

Expect longer sequences and smoother transitions with a stronger integration of Stability, Strength, and Stretch. As movements become more continuous and layered, you will naturally build Stamina while progressing your practice to the next level.

Best for: Members who are comfortable with basic Pilates exercises and ready for a more challenging and progressive practice.

Reformer Dynamic

Dynamic classes offer a more athletic and continuous Pilates experience for members ready for a greater challenge. With minimal exercise breakdowns and smoother transitions, you will move through flowing sequences that challenge coordination, control, and endurance.

With a primary focus on stamina, this faster-paced class builds strength, stability, and stretch through rhythm, efficiency, and flow while keeping the body continuously engaged throughout.

Prerequisite: Minimum 10 Progression classes.

Reformer Jumpboard

Looking for more cardio, coordination, and a higher-energy Pilates session? Jumpboard Pilates uses the reformer Jumpboard for low-impact jumping sequences that elevate your heart rate while protecting your joints.

This class builds stamina, coordination, stability, and strength through controlled landings, unilateral work, and dynamic core engagement, with active stretching integrated throughout for mobility and recovery. *Only available at Asia Square studio.

Best for: Members looking to improve cardiovascular fitness in a safe, Pilates-based environment.

Reformer Rehab

Rehab Pilates supports members recovering from injury, managing chronic conditions, or seeking a slower, more mindful approach to movement.

The class focuses on rebuilding strength and functional stretch through controlled movement, guided progressions, and supported exercises. Stability and stamina are developed gradually through safe, low-load movement.

Drawing from Yoga Therapy, this class prioritises body awareness, nervous system regulation, and long-term resilience.

Reformer Stretch

Stretch Pilates focuses on improving mobility, joint range, and movement freedom through active stretching and controlled lengthening work.

The primary focus is Stretch, supported by gentle strength activation to ensure stability and safe range expansion. Stamina is then built through continuous sequencing and alignment awareness.
